Aramb Living accepts immediate online orders through the following payment methods:

1. Domestic and international credit cards from Visa and MasterCard networks, issued by participating banks and institutions.

2. Visa Debit cards.

3. Select banks in India (list available during Check Out).

Please note that Visa and MasterCard transactions require your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date, and a 3-digit CVV number (found on the back of the card). Enrolling your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) is necessary for transaction completion. American Express Cards require a 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code.

The transaction will be reflected on your bank statement as a payment to Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement at the current pricing. We will bill your order based on the price in effect at the time of shipping.

Please be aware that our products are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India.

For international shipping orders, it is possible that local duties may apply in your country. As the customer, you will be responsible for paying any applicable local duties directly. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm these charges in advance, and we are not liable for paying them on your behalf.

What is a CVV/CVC?

The CVV (Credit Verification Value) or CVC (Credit Validation Code) is a vital security feature that minimizes the risk of Internet fraud. This code is never printed on sales receipts or billing statements and can only be found on the physical card itself. During your transaction, we require you to enter the CVV/CVC code as a means of verifying that you are in possession of the card. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4-digit code located on the back of your credit card, in the signature area.

Out of stock Items

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will reach out to you within 2 business days to discuss the next steps for your order. Please note that Aramb Living Online does not offer backorders, meaning we do not accept orders for items that cannot be fulfilled immediately.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] or contact our Customer Care at +91-8330051234 (Timings: 9:30 am – 5 pm IST) within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you cancel within the specified timeframe, please note that a payment gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the cardholder through the same payment instrument within 7-10 working days, as per the Bank’s guidelines.

Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our Calicut, Kerala warehouse through courier services.

Order deliveries will be scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If you are unable to be present, you may suggest an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to receive the package. However, please note that the brand does not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 24 hours for processing before shipping. Delivery times range from 4 to 7 business days, varying by location. Stay informed every step of the way via Email/SMS/WhatsApp updates, including an order tracking link sent to your email/WhatsApp. For any inquiries about your order’s whereabouts, reach us at [email protected]. Regrettably, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Some courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) for delivery completion. You will receive the OTP on the mobile number provided during the order placement process.

After delivery, Aramb Living is not liable for any damages that may occur.

If there are any shortages or damages to the delivered goods, please report them to customer service within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on various factors such as product type, packaging, size, volume, etc. The applicable shipping and handling charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

The brand ensures compliance with export and customs laws of the country where the products are shipped from. It is the responsibility of the consignee to comply with the import and customs laws of the destination country.

Customers should consider the maximum permissible limit for product clearance in their country while placing an order.

While the brand will fulfill international orders, the consignee is responsible for the entry of products into the destination country and compliance with applicable laws, including the payment of customs duty, import duty, VAT, and other government taxes.

In case an order fails to clear customs in the destination country, the brand reserves the right to consider a refund of the order amount, deducting shipping costs, return duty charges, and any other relevant expenses incurred during order processing and shipment.

Please ensure that your order and the products comply with the laws of your country and are permissible for delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you experience any leakage or damage to the product during delivery, please email us with the following details within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will initiate a product exchange for items that are returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in their original packaging, and can be verified as damaged or faulty. Please allow one to three weeks for the exchange request to be fully processed and closed.

To request an exchange or refund, please email us at wecare@aramblingcom within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing the following details:

– Complaint Order Number

– Invoice number

– Details of your request or complaint

– Images or videos supporting the complaint, clearly showing batch details. Without these, we cannot process the request.

For non-sealed, leaking, or broken products: Clear images or video of the non-sealed, leaking, or broken products, along with spillage images (if any), mono-carton images, and outer packaging images. Please also provide images showing if the seal has been tampered with.

For empty or insufficient volume products, missing products, or wrong deliveries: Clear images or video of the empty, faulty, or missing products, along with spillage images (if applicable), mono-carton images, and outer packaging images.

For dirty internal and outer packaging: Clear images or video of the complete open package received, along with mono-carton and outer packaging images.

Once we receive all the details, our team will respond to your complaint or query within 3 working days. If an exchange is approved, you will be provided with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. For product refunds, once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 days and you will receive an email confirmation.

All products for exchange must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt and a document stating the dispatch address, customer’s name and address, order number, and contents of the package. Please email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative.

Once the package is received by our warehouse team, the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours. You will be notified of the new consignment tracking details.

Please note that gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Aramb Living is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Product Quality Related Complaints

For any product quality concerns, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the following details. We will review your email and respond within 24 to 48 hours:

– Order number

– Product highlighting the quality issue

– Details of your request

– Images or videos supporting the complaint, including an image of the back label showing the Batch details

Upon highlighting a quality issue, our team will connect you with an in-house Ayurvedic Doctor within 2 working days. Based on the nature of the complaint and the Doctor’s analysis, our customer team representative may request the product to be sent back to our factory for a quality assessment. The quality report will be available within 7 working days from receiving the product for inspection.

All products sent for inspection must be accompanied by the original receipt and a document stating the dispatch address, customer’s name and address, order number, and contents of the package. Please email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative.

If the product passes the quality test and matches the complaint, we will initiate the return/exchange process within 7 days of receiving the consignment. The overall quality inspection process, from pick-up to the final response, will take a minimum of 3 weeks.

Please note that damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of products due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of products based on personal preferences, such as fragrance or color, without proof of quality issues, is not applicable.

Cash refunds are not permitted.
